Bill has over 15 years experience in the auction industry. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association (PAA)
his entire career as well as continued his education beyond his Pennsylvania Auctioneers License to become a certified appraiser with
the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA). With Bill's license, certifications, and experience as both an auctioneer and appraiser,

We do aggressive marketing, open houses, and private showings for your property to ensure we find the right buyer. Typically after real
estate has been sold at auction, the closing for the real estate will happen within 30-45 days, with the total auction program taking
approximately 60 days total, instead of several months or years through other methods of selling real estate.
